I went to wash clothes today. And i ran into my husbands friend's aunt. We started talking and she has had the sleeve done. She lost 75lbs and she is 3 yrs oit but she has began to gain weight back. I made sure before i left to exchange numbers and make sure to tell her she comes before her husband. What she told me about her husband does made me mad. Lets just say i know the low blows from relationships before my husband. And no woman should go through that. I gave her my number and made sure to let her know to call me when she needed anything emotional or a walking buddy. Or anything. I want to pull her back from the gaining and get her back on track

MamaBear, just in case you haven't heard it lately... you are AMAZING! With everything you have going on personally, with family, the hurricane, and just everyday life, you manage to make time for others and let them know they are cherished and valued. I applaud being that friend who can be leaned on in a difficult situation. All of us need one of those from time to time and it could be just the thing she needs to get life and health back on track.

That is just who i am. I do tale care of myself way better thwn what i did before. I hated hearing how her husband has treated her. Before my husband i was in a 5 yr relationship and all he did is talk bad about me. I finallt learned to move forward in my life and that is whwn i meet my husband now. He has helped me grow to love myswlf again. But it alqays takes someone that is willing ro sticl through the ruff times to see the good ones
