New here, almost have a date for surgery

Hi, my name is Fran and I am having a gastric bypass soon. No date has been set, but we are wrapping up the required paperwork. I am trying to find a supportive online community during this process. I've been working hard to get my body ready for surgery and I'm hoping to lose 100 lbs. This may or may not happen, but that's my goal for now. I want to weigh what I'm supposed to weigh. I'm 4'10 and 219 currently. I've struggled for many years with my weight. I have two girls and I am an artist and writer.

Hi Diane -

I've been having some health issues. Dr's are trying to get it sorted out - but no luck yet. Hope you've been doing well and safe during all of this Covid-19.
