I just had my gastric sleeve on 03-31-2022 and I’m excited to find this forum. I’m not in pain, but trying to get through the soft diet stages.

That's so exciting that your surgery date is just around the corner! I just got my sleeve day of June 1st and I'm so sad that it's far away haha. We have come on such a long journey and it's like I have to keep reminding myself the surgery isn't the end all it's just the beginning of another journey haha. That's exciting that you'll be a month ahead of me too! You can update us on what you're going through like a field guide haha

Wow I'm jealous your surgery is so soon haha! Congratulations!!! Are you on the liquid diet right now? How's it going?

I am drinking 60 oz protein shakes and a small meal consisting of 30oz of meat (protein) and then green veggies, and then 64 oz of water every day for 10 days then the day before surgery will be all clear liquid. Is that the same for you? I need to know how to see get notifications guys!!! I am trying to get a house in order before my surgery and I’m not great on electronics…. Lol!!!!

You're doing great! Man....my Dr wants me on a liquids only diet for 2 weeks before the procedure and then just clear liquids the day before. I'm so worried about it haha !
