I'm just over 6 years R-Y bypass and have regained 25 pounds in the last 2 years. I have re-examined my eating habits and am making changes but definitely need to be in a support forum.

Welcome! I hope you find this group as helpful as I have. May 2nd is coming right up, Rose! Make sure you browse through the resource section and some of the pre-surgery posts. I think there is some great stuff here. And I think you'll like this group. Not only because you can check in on your own schedule but it's a great group. You may not get an immediate answer to you questions but unlike waiting until Wed. at 6pm for an in person or zoom group, someone usually answers within a few hours. 24/7 support baby! lol
