I had surgery on Dec 4th I'm going in for my second check up and doing ok
My last weight check in was 41 lbs so I think I'm doing real good.
I can't see much of a difference but I guess that's normal hope I can talk with some and get support from some of y'all especially when I feel so alone.

Wow, you really are doing good. I had to lose almost half of my weight toward goal before I could really see or feel a difference. The one thing I did notice is that clothing was looser and then I had to start buying new underwear. Then I knew I was losing weight and getting healthier. It takes some time to really notice the change in your body image. Everyone else saw it before I did. It will come with time. Good luck as you continue.
