Welcome to the group. Have you started the process yet? Have you met with a surgeon? This group is in all stages of weight loss so you will always find a matching phase. I'm finished with 7 months of getting started and will be having bypass surgery the 22nd.

I have just started the process have all of my appointments scheduled for the first phase of the process, also met with my surgeon. And congratulations, Im excited to get this journey on they way.

Welcome! Congratulations on starting the process. I’m about half way through the pre surgery process. I have learned so much from this group. It’s been an awesome resource. My surgeon was very optimistic when I told him I was already in a support group because he said people with support are more likely to be successful long term.
