:eek:Hi, I am new here. I had WLS on1/11/10. I had lost a total of 92 lbs, but have added a few back, now 82 lbs. I am having trouble with eating at night after my hubby goes to bed. Not bad during the day, I try to keep busy (I'm retired). I'm not really hungry, just want something to munch. My hubby and I are both chocolateholics. There is always chocolate in the house. I really crave the food snacking at night. I even thought of going to bed when he does, but sometimes that is like 8:30. I am usually up till late.
Anyway, can someone help me with this problem?
Thanks Divajude:)

Hi Divajude, Welcome. I had my surgery March of the same year I started falling into the same trap but luckily I have been doing a lot of arduose execise, that doesnt make it ok though, I started with an icecream (surgar free) a night and quickly started haveing 2 or 3 a day and surgar free candy:eek:, after my last support group meeting I talked about it and made the choice to change some of those bad habits. I limit myself to one box of pack (4 or6) of ice cream a week and once it's gone it's gone and limit my surgar free chocolate. Now I have a surgar free yogurt and it seems to work good, there are all kinds of flavors. The good thing is you can change your eating habits and continue on track. I hope I was of some help. Tom
