Hello everyone. My name is Nicole and I have started the process with Kaiser for the gastric sleeve. I am 48, partnered to my girlfriend of 3 plus years. I completed the Nutrition class step and meet with my surgeon 8/31/22. I am assuming my end goal weight after surgery will be 150'ish given my 5'7 height. Weighed in 8/5/22 at 266 and started my 1,200 calorie diet on my own given this will be a requirement after my surgeon appointment...why not jump start as Kaiser wants a weight loss before surgery is scheduled. I truly welcome all replies, navigation, insights...a sponge at this point. If there are Kaiser patients, I'd love to know more. Please don't be a stranger. See you all around!
