Hello All,
I am just starting on this journey.. and realize it will be HARD! Probably the hardest thing I will ever do in my life, but so well worth it.
I am thinking surgery will happen in April. Is there anyone on here that is 3-4 years post-op with the sleeve, and can you comment on how it affects your everyday life? Ie. things like going out to eat with friends, how you manage to keep the same eating habits? And for anyone, can you comment on how you overcome the people in your life that don't think surgery is a great idea? My parents will support me with whatever decision I make, but really don't feel like surgery is the best option. Which really makes me sad.
Thanks for the input!
Josie
