My name is Michelle, I am scheduled for the Gastric Sleeve on Feb 21, 2020. While I have been researching, I am excited to talk to other people who have already undergone this procedure. My biggest concerns are the obvious, making the best choices post op and giving this my best effort for a healthier lifestyle going forward. I am excited about this journey.

Hi Michelle- I had the Sleeve 11 months ago and have lost nearly 100 lbs in 11 months. I prepared myself by reading all I could. This group helped me the most. Using the MyFitnessPal app helped me understand the nutrition in all my food choices. Good luck to you and keep checking in here!
