I know, it's hard to wrap your head around. I'm 9 months post-op and still have a hard time believing I'm the size I am. You must be down several sizes by now.So kind of you. Most days I feel like I still look the same!

I know the feeling of looking the same. My kids make me put on new clothes that fit I couldn’t believe my eyes I wasn’t the same. I’m new person with aways to go, but seeing is believingSo kind of you. Most days I feel like I still look the same!

Saw my clinic for 6mo postop visit today...i "need to build muscle mass" and increase my protein.
