I really stuck to exactly what I was supposed to do, I am very particular still to this day that everything i eat I record on my app. I need structure or else I will fall off the wagon. Also I just workout a ton I basically only skip one day a week sometimes 2 but I do a lot of weight lifting and run 2 to 3 miles a day. It took me a while to get to where I can do that stuff but I feel like crap now if I don't workout! It's been a little over a year I had my surgery on November 16th 2019
That's awesome! I'm hoping to get into some hiking this summer never have had the energy for it now I want to do everything!!You look awesome! And isn't the gym great? I miss the Y, but it's closed for COVID. I did 7 miles 5 to 7 days a week, sometimes wearing my camping backpack.
