Hi I thought I joined Your group to help get some good information that I may need. I am post up Three months Surgery was done the 2nd of March. I am 63 years old And it's hard to lose like the younger People that have had the surgery done. I had a Gastro slave. What my question is. I work nights 12 hour shifts Three nights in a row And I need to come up with really good food to be able to eat at that time a night and still be able to lose. If any of you have some really good ideas Please send them my way.

Hello jlords, welcome! Is there a restriction to eating at work? Can you pack a lunch with the foods the doctor recommended? Maybe protein shakes? A couple slices of turkey meat? Maybe some high protein greek yogurt. Sipping water and protein shakes keep me on track throughout the day. I'm guessing it woul6d help you on a night shift. Good Luck!
