Hi! My name is Laurel, and I have started the progression towards my surgery. I have had my initial appointment with a bariatric surgeon, and have had some tests and gone through the diet class, and have started my pre-op diet. My surgery is not yet scheduled, but I'm excited Dash I really want to be able to live a normal life !

Hi Wyldeflowyr good luck I am new too, so confused on this before diet what to eat what not to eat. My diet started today surgery on 17th.
