1. I’m 45
2. Married
3. 4 kids 3 boys 1 girl
4. I love God
5. Attend Valley Pentecostal Church, Glendale Arizona
6. Hobby, grilling on my Weber kettle grill.
7. Disabled, I have myotonic muscular dystrophy type 1
8. I had gastric bypass Oct. 21 2018, It’s july 2019 and I’ve lost 145lbs now.
9. Three dogs, no cats.
10. I like fishing, and would like to go hunting again.

Thanks. It just takes a made up mind. Loose skin, unsightly wrinkles, all that goes. It feels great to be healthier. Diabetes in check. No more insulin, no more cholesterol meds. I feel so much better, even half way to my weight goal.
