Welcome Edna. We are happy to have you here! I had some regain recently and started about a week ago having a protein shake for breakfast and one for lunch, some fruit and vegetables for an afternoon snack and then a healthy dinner and it has helped me reset and get back on track. Soon I will probably drop one of the shakes as a meal replacement and just do one shake a day and I'll see how it goes.
