No more diabetes!

glad to say I too am diabetic free (although I will always check my blood sugars ) went from about 150 units of insulin three times a day before meals to none in the last two months.so very happy

CONGRATULATIONS Booly!!! You have done so well in a very short period of time! My husband died of diabetes complications and it was not an easy way to go. How WONDERFUL your diabetes is under control and you no longer require insulin at all. You should be so proud of yourself for staying on task, losing all that weight and getting under your goal weight in less than 9 months. Amazing! :)
