Hi All,

Here I sit at 4:44am with a cup of tea and a slice of toast. I have had the worst day and night with "side affects" if ya know what I mean!
I have been up since 2am in and out of the bathroom, and started reading on both of these things and I think it may be lactose intolerance.
Since this is so uncomfortable, I have started BRAT, but don't have all of them in the house. I do have rice and white bread ( it's a miracle cause we don't eat white rices or breads lol).
Today I will get bananas, applesauce some lactose free cheeses and milk. Also immodium. I will keep it light and gentle. I also have Farina and oatmeal so these are what I will move to. Will use the lactose free milk for my protein shakes today and will boil a couple of eggs.
I will rest as I can today but I do have work...Thank God I'm still remote!
I'm hoping to try to close my eyes for a little while.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. Your doctor can run a test to see if you're lactose intolerant so, give them a call. Also, write down what you ate yesterday that may have caused dumping.

Sometimes it can be a combination of things, sort of building up. So, you may look at you lost and have comfortably eaten everything before. But the different carbs add up to create issues.

Since I had headache yesterday, I really did not want to eat anything. Since we were ordering in dinner I thiught pancakes would be a good choice. I normally use sugar free syrup bit I had none so grabbed the other bottle.
I now think it was dumping! Maybe too much sugar
