Old clothes

Pretty happy today I tried on some of my shirts I haven’t worn in about 30 years that I hung onto and THEY FIT ! Also went from a 42 waist to a 38 . Not done yet though got some more weight to come off . Surgeon said I should be around 180 I’m 256 right now. But I’ll be wearing one of my new old shirts to the Indian casino this Saturday. There’s still some classic rock ts and tank tops I need to loose weight for that I’ve hung on since the 70s.

That's awesome Bill!!! I loved going through my old "skinny" clothes and seeing them fit... Some stuff was actually too big by the time I tried them so don't wait too long, keep trying those tees and tanks every couple weeks.

i actually I only had one that was too big .Wasn't that great of a shirt anyway but there’s one that’s the same size as the ones I tried on and it doesn’t fit .Maybe mislabeled or something but was bugging the hell out of me . Hopefully it will fit later it was one of my favorite shirts.

It will fit soon Bill!!! Sometimes victories like this are better than the scale to really see how far you've come. I'm so happy for you.

That's the best feeling. Just wondering, what possessed you to keep these shirts for 30-40 years if you couldn't fit them? However I do worry about you going to indian casinos. There's a lot of food there to be tempted by.

They were classic concert shirts just couldn’t get rid of them but now they fit. I’m pretty cautious at Casinos except this last time I over ate but I usually do just fine with a cup of soup or a plain baked potato something like that.

That's awesome that you guys hung on to the good clothes. I had 2 big bins of smaller sized clothes from when I lost weight in the past but they're all empty now, either being worn or too big! It's a wonderful feeling.

I got some gift cards for clothes for Christmas, just waiting until after the swelling goes down from my body lift to use them. I don't even know what size I'll be in, I can't freaking wait!!!
