Got my orientation done and I have my seminar tomorrow. I took Brenda2010 hint about sodium and I think that was it because I have felt better. Thanks Brenda for that suggestion . I am down 10.3 lbs since I saw my surgeon January 9th and I am down 13.8 lbs since I saw my doctor on December 23rd. My goal was to lose 30 lbs at the end of the 6 months and that’s still 4 months away so I think I should make it. Insurance wants 10 lbs and I got that already
