Pain in abdomen

I’m 4 months out and doing great with weight loss. I am having a problem with pain in abdomen. It is a crampy feeling all the time lately and I’m living on gas ex. Anyone ever have this problem?

Wound up I had 2 hernias and stomach muscle was torn. Had surgery last week to fix. Hopefully pain will go away soon.
