Pain under left rib cage

I am 7 months post op now and lost a total of 90 pounds. I have the ocassional pain under my ribs. Not sure if this is gas pain or not. Hopefully mothing to worry about. Can't help but wonder though. Anyone having this same experience. Would love to hear another's insight.

Could be gallstones. Any persistant pain is a signal that there is a problem so please see your PCP.
