Plug ears and change in voice

I had my Sleeve 5 weeks ago and I noticed my voice has changed a bit more nasal and my left ear feels plugged like when you go in an airplane and does not seem to ease up, I looked on the internet and found an article in an old chat that is one of the side effects of losing too much weight during the pre-post operation the first couple month, does anyone has that happened to you?
