I’ve been exercising 4-5 week in our local pool for the last month or so. Until today it was mostly treading water using a pool noodle because my muscles were too tight and I couldn’t handle any cardio. Today I progressed and dog paddled enough so I got a cardio benefit! On land I’d have been miserable - sweaty, panting and in pain. But in the water almost no pain and freedom. And finally cardio I can actually do and even enjoy!!
