Welcome Bob! I’m in the STL area too, but went through SSM with Dr.Morales. My first dietitian and counselor appointments were in person, then covid shut everything down, so they were moved to virtual.

I had to do that before getting approved for my revision. It took about 30 minutes, and it was basic questions. I can't even remember them to be honest. They just want to get a feel if I have been seriously depressed, how I'm dealing with my current diet... Etc.

Thank you both. I have registered and am awaiting their response from my insurer. I gather the process after that is a recommendation or contact from/with a pro who I will talk to by phone?, email?, facetime?, text?, chat?
