Hi All, I'm new here. I had my first appointment with my doctor in April and met my patient advocate at that time. For the past few months I've been working on getting my surgical clearances from different specialists. My question is I aside from 1 interaction with my patient advocate I haven't heard anything back from her. I've sent an email in June and July giving her updates as to where I am in the process ( I only have one more clearance to go) but haven't heard back? Is this usual? I guess I was thinking that there would be more communication. Anyone else have patient advocates before or after surgery
