How long post op should i start introducing salad such as lettuce,carrots cabbage and so on?

I believe it was 3 months for me for any raw veggies. Those hard to digest like celery was 6 months.

Yes i am but dont find mine very helpful. But now am clear and also got the doctors clear guidance.
