Severe Constipation

Looking for any tricks, tips, ideas. I’m doing Colace, Miralax, even tried a suppository and it’s just not touch the impacted poo in my large intestine. I know it’s gross, but it’s probably more painful than the surgery! I’m

Maybe an enema like fleet just this once to get things moving then try adding fiber and lots of fluids to your diet

I had the colon cleanse before my surgery. It was still going thru after my surgery. I've been lucky with only one or two constipation episodes. I eat more fruit and drink way more water than I did before my surgery. I like to think it helps.
