How long before surgery did you stop smoking? I'm having a hard time not smoking & trying to stay motivated.

In my class they suggested 4-8 weeks before hand.

I was told by my surgeon 3 months smoked my last one in May because of that I cant have surgery until September . I think you should ask your self how bad you want it. That is what I did anyway. You can do this girl I have smoked for over 15 years its hard at first but once you realize that something is more important you'll practically do anything
