I'm no expert, Susie q, and others may have different suggestions for you.

As to what you're eating, the only thing I can see is you might cut down on your sugars . . . yogurt, orange juice and milk.

As to your attitude/mental outlook . . . give yourself a break, Woman! Two pounds is only 4 cups of water. This could be only water weight. Trust your program. You have your tool (your pouch), your diet is good, and your exercise is good. These are all hallmarks of success.

Have you lost 32 lbs in less than one month? Looks to me like you 're doing a good job.

Are you weighing every day? Once a week is enough.

Keep doing what you know you're supposed to be doing. Kudos to you for carefully following your program!

Susie q,

Thirty two pounds in less than a month is fantastic. Please don't beat yourself up over it, you could not ask for more. It sounds to me like you have reached a (can't spell this morning) plateau. If you continue what you are doing (exercising and watching those proteins and carbs) and stick with your meal plan it will start to come off again. The only thing I would delete is the orange juice as it is high in sugar (you probably don't drink a little four ounce juice glass of it). My yogurt is low in fat and sugar and I am assuming yours is too.

Weigh in once a week as previously suggested. We all will gain a bit of water weight now and then. Remember this is for the long haul. If you stick with the program the weight will come off. Best wishes on your journey.

Thank you everyone, I will say now that I sit down and look at everything,I add milk to my shakes not water it is fat free but maybe I'm getting to much milk, was also drinking two glasses of milk a day on top of that, plus my orange juice, I have a metallic taste in my mouth so I was having a hard time with water, I guess I go back to water , I will let you know, wish me luck and I will move my scales so I don't weigh myself every day, thank you

Susie q-Congratulations on your surgery and weight loss. You are doing great!!! The 2 pounds you gained could be from fluid retention. We all get it from time to time.
