I am new to this website - love the information I am finding from others

Surgery date is 9-28-20 - It has taken me 9 months to get to this point and I am so excited and nervous but can't wait for surgery to be over so I can start my new life
I have been the fat girl since 3rd grade - Tried to do this about 10 years ago but couldnt get to my goal weight
Finally doing it at 55 years old !

Doing laparoscopic RNY - Thru Kaiser, It's been a long road super hard to lose 20 pounds in your fifties !
Started at 296 down to 275 - surgery weight is 276 struggling a little to get below 276 to have a little comfort zone
Have been doing Keto with some carbs to lose the 20 pounds took me 9 months to lose it
Also had to quit drinking wine - I miss the wine more than the carbs
4 weeks till surgery - excited just want it to be over, worried about pain afterwards
worried about keeping weight off for another 4 weeks waiting for surgery
Put doing my shopping and gathering things I will need for first two weeks after surgery
How much Biotin do people take and when do you start it ?
