Is this a thing after WLS? I have lost up to 170 lbs before (obviously not nearly as quickly) but never had this problem.
I don't know if it is related or what but I keep banging my feet and toes up! Constantly stubbing my toes, took a chunk out of the side of my big toe the other day.
I feel like my mind thinks my body is still as big (like it hasn't caught up to my body yet or something) in which my stomach was huge so I knew if my body cleared the area, or in this case the door jam then my feet were safe. Now, my stomach is flat/normal chubby and my feet stick out more?
My feet are so banged up either way! My baby pinky toe nail has been fully or partially ripped off from stubbing twice now!
Am I making this up? Is this a thing?

I have this issue, but mine is nothing at all to do with WLS, LOL... mine is just natural clumsiness HA!

I have never been a clumsy person so I don't think that's the case, unless I have developed clumsiness. haha

This subject has come up before in previous posts, but I can't remember what term they used. Definitely not as eloquently stated as your "spatial awareness" lol! I think others have had to readjust their movements and sense of balance. You definitely are not the 1st to have the post WLS clumsies ❤❤
