So I met with nutrition yesterday and have been officially passed to the stage 4 diet. I am looking forward to it.

No it’s the two stages after surgery. Well technically 4. Stage 1&2 are done in the hospital. Then you go onto stage 3.

When did you get youe surgery? I got mine on January 23rd and im wondering what your stage 4 is? Like what can you eat ?

I had my surgery on Jan 9. On stage 4 I can have eggs, tuna, fish, turkey chicken without skin, ground beef, baby food, 2 saltine crackers. And congrats on your new journey
