2 years still struggling don't like to eat sick all the time

So sorry to hear you're not doing well. My surgery has changed my life and I have never felt better. I am fine as long as I stick to eating small amounts of food at a time. Maybe you should get a check up with your surgeon to make sure everything is okay.

I'm at 2.5 years and I've now got malnutrition and lack of absorption issues. I don't eat much, but do eat protein based foods when I eat. I am hardly ever hungry. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get foods and nutrients to get absorbed ? I lost 70 pounds and recently see 10 pounds come back on ;-( My goal is to get to 130 - I started at 239. I had the roux-en-y gastric bypass and have had to have the new stomach stretched 3 times in the first year, since the hole was so small no food could go down....
