My surgery is a week from tomorrow and am wondering if anybody else had to have a knee replacement after their bariatric surgery and how did you deal with shoulder pain. without being able to walk enough go help get the gas out of the shoulder? That's the thing I'm most concerned about.

No I'm not having it at the same time. I have to lose 50lbs in order to have the knee replacement. My question was what if anyone needing a knee replacement do to lack of immobility after gastric sleeve do to get rid of gas in the shoulders?

I didn’t have any gas pain after surgery. I’ve heard of others having shoulder pain though. Someone mentioned using a heating pad and doing a lot of walking.
