Thoughts on Zoom?

Hey guys. I loved the idea of a monthly challenge but can't seem to keep up right now due to home circumstances. I am wondering if anyone would be interested in monthly zoom meetings? And if anyone has any ideas on how that might go, as I have never had a zoom meeting in my life. lol

I was thinking maybe we could just have a monthly topic.
Those who are interested in that topic could join.
We could take turns picking a topic and hosting.
Host picks date and time of meeting. If you're available great, if not .. I have no idea if you can send zoom meeting videos after the fact so someone techy might be able to figure that out or tell me.

This would not take the place of any threads or posting here but it might be nice to have an actual live conversation and not have to wait hours/days for answers lol
I would be happy to take first month (and topic suggestions .. or your getting meal prep lol j/k)

That might work well, but it might lead to the feeling of being left out of the loop. I just don't know. Maybe it will be a way to revitalize the energy of the group.

I would be interested. I have had some zoom sessions with my siblings which goes well for just the three of us. But it can be a bit challenging when you have a lot of people. One person definitely needs to run the zoom otherwise you can have a lot of people trying to talk at once. We tried doing a family reunion on it once and it was a bit chaotic but it did work.

Maybe if there was a monthly topic? I think it could be interesting.

If zoom would be an issue, due to size of group etc. I STILL think a monthly topic is an excellent idea. There's so much info that the doctors don't give you, could be good.

I would participate in a Zoom meeting as long as it didn't conflict with my work schedule.
