Hello all, my appointment went good lost 7lbs, I know not a huge number, but I have always been a little slow lol, got my first B12 shot and will be starting my calcium tablets, 198 is where I am now. Only 50lbs to go woohoo

Dec 22 I had my surgery, I worked on losing alot of it before my surgery though, thanks

Wow, what a great accomplishment. Keep you the good work and you will be at you goal weight before you know it.... so proud... Hope I can do as well as you have done, I am on a good start but time will tell. I am staying positve... Again great job
