I just want to say that Unjury protein has a support group every Wednesday night at 7PM ET for people who have done Bariatric surgery. The setting is a presentation by speakers on various topics the participants are muted on camera and voice but can interact in the chat room as the zoom meeting goes on. This support group zoom meeting is really helpful and the people who run it are really nice and helpful. Here is the link to register for the support group and get the zoom log in information:
