I am doing well. I am making needed adjustments. I struggle post meals with indigestion and am working to slow my meals more. I have not seen huge changes on the scale but started a bariatric gym regimen. Trying to not be discouraged with lack of scale movement
I can understand that!
Definitely don't get on the scale too much!

The beginning (post op) is the easiest, as far as weight loss. I'm almost 8 months post op from Gastric Sleeve and iiiiivveeee hit a stall! :/ In the first two months, I lost 38 pounds! Which was super exciting! The last 5 months, have been a little harder. My Bariatric Surgeon and I found some good solutions, to aid in me losing the remainder of my excess weight though. At this current stall, I'm stuck---> Being 37 pounds heavier than I should be. But! All the weight doesn't shed right away.
(And one autoimmune disease I battle, affects my thyroid, which in turn, affects my weight).
On a good week, I'm losing between 4
& 6 pounds. On a slow week, I'm losing between 1& 2 pounds.
As your body/hormones adjust to your new tool, you have a few moments where your weight will plataue! But please don't be discouraged! It does get better!
Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated( don't drink your calories) and make sure you're getting enough protein! (I had to increase my chicken, LOL)
I wish you the best of luck! Please update us as you can!
