I am officially off my stall. I dropped from 409 to 373lbs I thought being wheelchair bound would stop that so 6 months out and I have lost 200+ lbs. So I celebrated with this. . I thought with everything going on doing something new is worth it. Loving my self has to come first. And that is what I am doing. My next goal is to get out of the 300s so 73 lbs and I earn my next treat. What do you all think is should be

I am slowly adjusting to caring for my self. Even though I am wheelchair bound my physical therapist keeps wracking her brain for new ones for me to do.i done blew her goals for me out of the water. My walking is getting better
