I made the Vegetarian Chili with beans for dinner tonight. I received a sample pack with my last order from the American Bariatric Store on this website. It tasted very good and had a lot of kick to it (spicy hot). The portion size was perfect. I chopped up 8 grape tomatoes to add to it after it was done cooking which tamed the spiciness down to my level 
There are not a lot of beans in it, maybe 10 *LOL* . The textured vegetable protein looked and tasted like ground beef. I will definately order a box of this when I place my next order!!!
