Weight Gain

I am almost 5 years out and I have like gained 23 pounds in the last 3 months. I am eating the same... not sure why. The one thing I have always done is ate hard candy which I know I should not but I am thinking it has finally caught up with me. I try and walk 1 hour per day but I am thinking I need to up my work out. I feel horrible about my weight gain and feel like everybody is thinking I am going to be obese again.

This is something that I worry about for my future which is why I still weigh myself weekly even at a year out so that way I can tweak things if my weight is going one way or the other. I hope you are able to figure things out because I know it can be challenging.
 
Setbacks happen, don’t beat yourself up. You have the tools just time to do a reset and start from the beginning. You did it at the beginning you can do it again. Other people’s rude comments are rude, tell them they are being rude. You have this.
