Hi Redy- I love it! I joined WW for years every January for a few weeks with a new resolve. I'd get to see them roll out new recipes, booklets, point strategies each year. I'd lose about 15 lbs and then drop out. I thought about them just this week! I was thinking that it might give me extra accountability, while at the same time, I could be the star pupil, having a certain undisclosed advantage. I have successfully lost 80 lbs at WW 3 different times, but always gained it back plus some. I never made it to goal weight and never made it to the maintenance program. The diet my doctor gave me is very high in protein and tiny amounts of carbs. That would be in conflict with the WW method, I think.Does anyone know when you are ready to eat again( down the road) that weight watchers is a good thing to try? Just curious. Thanks
