Will someone give me suggestions on making my purée diet a bit tasty?

Baked Ricotta is SO, SO good. And acceptable for puree phase. I ate a lot of refried beans with added taco seasoning or other spices, as tolerated. My mother-in-law made spaghetti sauce with meatballs. Since she cooks the meatballs in the sauce and simmers ALL DAY, they end up very soft. I pureed them with the sauce and it was good. That is the only time you will hear me say to puree a meat lol
Thicker soups are also a good go to. Think chicken and rice, creamy veggie soup etc.

I wonder if you could use cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese. They're basically the same thing.

Oh, and you can put a coffee filter into a mesh strainer, pour in a container of plain, nonfat yogurt, and when it's done draining its liquid, you have something resembling cream cheese, with no fat.
