I had VSG 1/14
lost 95 pounds hit goal weight and now I cannot stop eating
I this its emotional but could really use some help here

I hear you I have had that issue,, I turned to sugar free popsickles to help, it gave me something to do and crunch on, plus they are yummy.... I also force myself to go for a walk when I get feeling that way... after a mile or so then returning home I am no longer wanting something... Hope you the best
