New Member- 3 weeks Post-Op from Pittsburgh

Hi All -

Wanted to introduce myself and look forward to checking around.
I am from Pittsburgh.
Start weight was 232.
Surgery day weight was 217.
Current 3 weeks out is 201.

Eating is difficult. I feel like I can't eat....which I guess is the deal.

I am having some pain in my back....feels like muscle pain though.....under my shoulder blades to my sides?
Anyone have this?

Welcome Rebecca, I had pain similar to that a few days ago. It pained me everytime I took a breath. The next day when I woke up it was gone. I am almost 4 months post op. Im not sure what caused it.

I think most of us have some mystery pain after surgery. Don't worry, it gets better. Walking helps. The eating part will get better too. Some things that helped me, v8 juice, cottage cheese, soft boiled eggs. Talk to your provider too. You are doing fine.
