Hello, I am NEWBIE:
My name is Carla and I had the Roux en Y GBS May 2007. I started at 300 lbs and went down to 212 lbs in approximately 6 months.
I had to struggle, as my center rightfully FIRED my GB surgeon. Nevertheless, I have gained 32 lbs (at 246) and it is really difficult getting back on track. My GB center has a new Doc and NP...they are both great! The entire team is amazing. They are trying really hard to get me back on track. I need much GBS support and to be accountable!!! (UUGGHH-do not know how to do this) I am trying so hard and it seems as though, I am just plain STUCK.
As I continue with my daily routines, I find myself grazing a lot or just not eating much wholesome nutrition. it is my desire to get back on track and lose 86-106 lbs. Please HELP me if anyone can... looking forward to reaching my goal(s) and to enjoying the life that God continues to bless me in living. Nice to meet you all
