Today I tried the Vegetarian Joes that I ordered from the American Bariatric Store. The taste was very good and the only thing stopping me from saying it was excellent is that it was a tad too sweet for my taste. The next time I make it I will add a small amount of mustard to cut the sweetness. I ate it with a Mama Lupe's low carb tortilla. The textured soy protein looked and tasted just like ground beef.
