Im Ed. post surgery date 4-9-14 . started at 619 now at 422 . Im kinda stuck in the grazing mode in chips and popcorn . need some helping words
First of all, keep to the calorie intake that your surgeon's team/nutritionist etc., recommended for you.
Each individual is different.
You must make sure you get 80 to 90 grams of protein a day. This is what sates any hunger issues. Quite frankly, I am amazed that you say you are hungry. Are you hungry physically or is this a head game going on?
Work with your bariatric psychologist and your nutrionist on this as well.
Get involved with a local support group. Attend meetings. In your case I would recommend attending weekly. Yes, you have done so well to date; congratulations. But the journey is life long and you are already falling into old bad habits.
I have one word for that; DON'T !!!!
Once you reach goal you will be able to enjoy your treats again, but in limited quantity.
Getting back to your food intake each day.
Log everything that you consume. I use

It is an excellent tool and a terrific support forum as well.
