I recently started the walk and run routine to my exercise. Has anyone else out there tried this? Have you had to eat more often or add protein to supplement the additional calories burned?
Umm...nope. breasts too big. Running just looks like a fight gone solo. Yeah, I do feel a little more protein is needed.I am not running, nor really plan tobut I do workout for nearly 2 hours a day, and the surgeon told me just to make sure I was taking in a little more protein, (around 20-30 grams) after each workout. I haven't had any issues with anything so far.

Hey well that funny because I just injured my hip and am having to take it easy now. No running for a little while. Kinda bummed.Running isn't worth it for me. It's too rough on my knees. I'm often on the bike though.

Way to go. Yeah running just seems to give me more energy.I had my surgery on Jan, 10 and started running again last week. I haven’t noticed anything, but I do intake a lot of protein.
